How to use
Apply approximately 1-1.5 cm of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Hold the brush at a 45-degree angle to your teeth. Using the Bass brushing technique, first clean the outer surfaces of your teeth with short, horizontal vibrating strokes, repeating 3-5 times per area. Next, clean the inner surfaces. Then brush the chewing surfaces back and forth. Finally, clean the surface of your tongue.
