How to use
Use once daily in the morning and evening. Apply a pea-sized amount (adult dosage) to your toothbrush. Using the Bass brushing technique, position the bristles at a 45-degree angle toward the gum line. Gently vibrate the brush horizontally in short strokes (1-2mm amplitude) to clean the labial/buccal surfaces, lingual/palatal surfaces, and occlusal surfaces. Spend at least 30 seconds per area, with a total brushing time of 3 minutes or more. After brushing, thoroughly rinse your mouth with ample water to remove toothpaste foam. Simultaneously rinse the brush head and shake off excess water. Store the toothbrush in a well-ventilated, dry location.
