Balance skin’s water and oil levels with this toner boasting a lightweight formula that leaves skin moisturized and is quick absorbent skin. This toner is formulated to control sebum production, soften skin and improve skin’s collagen production to achieve a younger looking complexion. The Moist version delivers long-lasting hydration and is suitable for dry skin while the Fresh version is suitable for oily skin with a formula targeting to moisturize without leaving a sticky feeling.
